Veralissey ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable free shipping threshold will be displayed during checkout if available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Carrier Delays

Veralissey is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Veralissey is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@veralissey.shop and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@veralissey.shop with your order number and we will investigate and work toward a resolution.
